Proper care should be taken while purchasing a plot, because the person has to face the bad effects of the Vaastu Dosh of the plot for life long, after start staying in the house constructed in that plot, which has Vaastu Dosh.

Many Vaastu Consultants consider that if there is any old well in the plot and has been closed by filling with mud, or if there was a graveyard in that plot, then that plot cannot give auspicious results. In fact, this type of thinking is absolutely wrong and meaningless. General public is confused about Vaastu subject because of these types of thinking.

Any land or any facing (direction) plot is not inauspicious in the result. However, auspicious or inauspicious results depend on the way of using the plot.
